In 2017 this client came aboard with us. At the time they only offered one service however it was a service that was requested often. They were not sure what to do or if they even needed a website because they felt they were already too busy and couldn’t take on any more. In our consultation we discovered that this client felt that they were spending quite a bit of time answering the same questions over and over. We came up with a game plan which was to help increase their production time while reducing the customer support needs. We would accomplish this by designing a website with a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page focus to help this client save time by being able to refer customer’s to a FAQ. We would also develop a custom form that would collect all of the important needed information from the customer requesting service and allow the customer to pay online. This allowed the customers the ability to self-serve and in return increased production by a huge percentage! Once the site launched the client immediately saw the results! With their new found time they expanded their website to include a Ecommerce online store stocked with several hundred useful products to the industry.
