We started working with this client in 2016. This client came to us in a panic as their former webmaster that they had been working with hijacked their website and email and was no longer communicating with them. They no longer had access to their email accounts which were the lifeline of their businesses communications. They were in tears! Within 24 hours we had their email back in their control as well as their domain name and a game plan for building them a new and better website. We started with a meeting and discussed the goals, layout, service focus, navigation, and collected some content. Within a few short weeks their new website was live!
During our meeting one of the questions that we asked this client was, What are your businesses goals? Their response was, We would like more customers! Month by month we consulted with this client on ways to “Get more customers”. This client worked hard and listened well and the stats show it! Attached are the statistics for this small business. Over the past 3 years the traffic coming to their website has increased. There were no paid campaigns involved, this was all organic. Your website is essentially your store and every user that shows up in the statistics is a potential customer.
